Gas Direct Heating Textile Stenter Machine , Durable Hot Air Stenter Machine

1. Machine applications:

Due to our enormous understanding and massive knowledge of stenter woking process, we involved in the manufacturing of Stenter Machine. The machine or apparatus is used for stretching or stentering fabrics. The purpose of this machine is to bringing the length and width to predetermined dimensions and also for heat setting and it is used for applying finishing chemicals and also shade variation is adjusted. The main function of the stenter is to stretch the fabric widthwise and to recover the uniform width. This machine also has the capacity to controls the Shrinkage property of the fabric in an efficient manner.

3. Working Procedure of Stenter Machine

open-width fabric entry→ spreading→infrared centering→padder→ weft straightener →overfeed→uncurling→infrared detect→ pinning→stentering→air cooling→depinning→fabric exit→plaiting/winding

4. Machine Advantages:

7) Optimum straightening results due to an integrated straightener with shortest possible fabric path to the pinning-on point, available as option.
