This complete set of equipment takes polyester chip as raw material, adopts the melting spinning technology and the technology of variable-frequency drive after drafting, curling, cutting and packaging processing machine to produce polyester staple fiber products with high strength and low elongation.

Cotton fiber process:
Cluster frame and spinning frame --- seven roller spinning machine --- drafting of the leaching tank - the first draft machine - water bath tank to the second drawing machine, steam draw box to tension machine (including flash system), spray cooling to the third drawing machine, folding machine to the tractor - tension frame - steam preheating box, crimping machine to machine shop, relaxation heat setting machine to traction tension machine, cutting machine, belt conveyor, baling press.
