Advanced Lace & Silk Fabric Heat Setting Stenter machine , Efficient air circulation & insulation
1. Machine application:
The machine is suitable for heat setting, Chemical Finishing on lace fabric and applicable to extending Bud silk which is 50-400gsm. It also can be designed to produce mosquito nets, blankets, both for woven fabrics and knitted fabrics.
2. Chamber features:
1) Width adjusting:
The chambers equipped with individual motors and controllers for the individual screws which are controlled from the control box either individually or all at a time. A suitable indicating arrangement is provided on the Operating bridge or box.
2) Air circulation system:
The machine chamber is some simple and efficient dryer which equipped with closed circuit air circulation system, using Radial Blowers directly coupled with AC motors which can be controlled by Invertors. The machine equipped with good insulation seals and has lower energy consumption.
3) Double filter:
Each chamber equipped with double filters. The lower layer is fixed and the upper one can be draw out to do cleaning. Easy to maintenance.
4) Heat Exchanger or Gas burner
Equipped with high Efficient Heat Exchanger or Gas burner ( Maxon, USA), which quickly heat up the chamber temperature to the setting temperature, and greatly reduce the dull time and achieve production efficiency.
