1. Functions of stenter machine:
1) Different textile like lycra fabric, synthetic and other blended fabrics can be Heat setted by the stenter;
2) The fabric width can be controlled by the stenter.
3) Finishing chemical apply on fabric can be done by the stenter.
4) Loop of the knit fabric is controlled.
2. Stenter Features:
1) The fabric transported into the drying chamber with synchronous convey belts.
2) Each chamber has individual temperature controller.
3) Width-regulator: Can be controlled digitally on the computer. The width in each chamber can be regulated separately by individually motors. Limit switches also used to control the width regulation limitation.
3. Machine advantages:
1) The temperature difference in each chamber is 2 degree.
2) High production: The air-volumn in each chamber is big, and the machine running speed is high.
